California Historical Landmark

Please update this article for the California Historical Landmark: Integrated Circuit Invention Site as the landmark is listed on the California Historical Landmarks in Santa Clara County. You may be able add to the existing Infobox the line "| designated_other1_number = 1000". Then, add the text that "At this site in 1959, Dr. Robert Noyce of Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation invented the first integrated circuit that could be produced commercially at 844 East Charleston Road Palo Alto. A California Historical Landmark No. 1000 plaque was placed by the State Department of Parks and Recreation on August 8, 1991.
